What ZeroCourse is.

ZeroCourse (zerocourse.dev) is an online computer science learning platform operated by Abhaya Code Labs OPC Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India. The platform provides courses, AI-powered tutoring, project-based learning with GitHub integration, and community features.

Who can sign up.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ZeroCourse.
• You can sign up with email and password or via GitHub OAuth.
• A GitHub account is required for project submission features.
• You must provide a valid email address for account communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.

How Bodhi works.

ZeroCourse uses third-party AI services (including Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) to provide tutoring through Bodhi, our AI tutor.

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and may contain errors.
• AI responses should not be treated as professional advice.
• Your chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses (see our Privacy Policy).
• You can use your own API keys in Settings to control which provider processes your messages.
• Free users receive a limited number of AI prompts per day.

Your repos stay yours.

When you connect your GitHub account and start projects:

• We create repositories in your own GitHub account from our templates.
• We set up webhooks to receive test results when you push code.
• We read your repository data to provide AI code reviews.
• Repositories remain in your GitHub account even if you delete your ZeroCourse account.
• You can disconnect GitHub and revoke access at any time from Settings.

You own what you write.

You retain ownership of content you create on ZeroCourse (notes, discussion posts, project code).

• By posting public notes or discussions, you grant us a license to display them to other users.
• Private notes are visible only to you.
• You may delete your content at any time.
• We do not claim ownership of your project code (it lives in your GitHub account).

What you won't do here.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything illegal or harmful.
• Attempt to circumvent AI prompt limits or abuse free tier services.
• Share API keys or account credentials with others.
• Post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content in discussions.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or abuse the API.

How money moves.

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• Prices are displayed in USD and INR on our Pricing page.
• International payments may involve currency conversion fees set by your bank or card issuer.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Free tier access to all courses and limited AI prompts is always available, no payment required.

Refund policy

• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your payment details.
• Refunds are processed via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

The platform will evolve.

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
• We will notify you of significant changes via email.
• Curriculum content may be updated as the field evolves.

The limits.

ZeroCourse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Either side can leave.

• You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
• Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days' notice via email.

Where disputes land.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
