Anxiety, Burnout, Stress — The Common Three

Understand the three most common adjacent-to-depression conditions, their distinct mechanisms, and their distinct treatments. Build personal protocols; make one actual structural change. Burnout is thermal throttling — sustained 95% load eventually triggers forced shutdown, and the recovery is the cooling cycle, not a pep talk to the CPU. Anxiety is the alarm system stuck on; the fix is recalibration (exposure, restructuring), not unplugging the speaker. Stress is demand exceeding provisioned capacity; the honest fixes are reduce demand or raise capacity — everything else is dashboard cosmetics. The structural-change checkpoint is this module's whole point: you cannot meditate your way out of a load problem.
