Understand the One Person Company you incorporated — its legal structure, statutory obligations, what filings are due when, what the MCA portal does, and what gets you struck off. Know enough to verify your CA's work, not just trust it.
An OPC is a long-running production service. The CIN is its primary key. The MCA portal is its admin console. The annual filings are its health checks. The DSC is its API key. The nominee is its disaster-recovery successor.
